Customer Satisfaction

If we have a business then we will know that we need to care about customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is needed to keep our customer loyal to us. Sometimes even we have a good product but if we don’t have good service, they will not stay to use our service and buy from us. They need service besides the product itself. We can keep them buying from us if no one else sell product that we sold, but if they doesn’t satisfy with our service then they will move to, or at least try, another supplier. I remember how this thing is important when I positioned myself as a customer. I occasionally complaint about how people serve me on market or public service, sometimes they make rules that I think ridiculous, and once even the rules is contradictive with other rules or with their management rules.
