CEO Succession
CEO is a leader on a company. CEO will guide company’s work flow. It also can be as determination of company’s success. If we talk about organization or company success then we couldn’t separate that from a good leadership. Without visionary leader a company or organization will be going without any direction and just doing anything without certain aim.
I think that’s the reason why do we have a leader, CEO in case of a company world, which have vision to plan where will their company headed. It will direct their below successors to aim one goal for their company. There is one book written by Dennis C Carey titled as CEO Succession. This book published by Oxford University Press. He explained how CEO as the guiding force for effective leadership steady flow. He didn’t just write his thoughts but he had interviews some leading company’s CEO. So, what he wrote on that book not just a theory but a practical way to do by other CEO to be success as a leader to guide their company to aim their goal. I think that book will help us to know how other success CEO done their works as a leader on their company so we can imitate or learn from them to bring success for our company.
